Three steps to get the system live inside MetaTrader 5.
Install MetaTrader 5 and load the EA, attach it to the XAUUSD chart with your settings, then enable automated trading and let the system operate.

The setup follows the standard MetaTrader 5 workflow. Each step below is broken down into the individual actions you perform inside the terminal.
Set Up MetaTrader 5 & Load The EA.
Everything runs inside MetaTrader 5. First you install the terminal, then you bring the EA into it so the platform can see it.
The EA is a MetaTrader Expert Advisor file. Where it lives is controlled by MT5's own data folder — you do not need to configure anything outside the terminal.
Install MetaTrader 5
Download and install the MetaTrader 5 terminal from your broker, then sign in to your trading account inside the platform.
Open the Navigator
Use the Navigator panel in MT5 to reach the Expert Advisors section, where installed EAs are listed.
Place the EA files
Put the EA files supplied with your delivery into the MT5 data folder so they are picked up by the terminal.
Refresh the list
Right-click the Expert Advisors section in Navigator and refresh so the EA appears in the list.
Attach The EA & Apply Your Settings.
The EA operates on a chart. You attach it to XAUUSD, allow algorithmic trading, and apply the settings that come with your delivery.
These settings are the inputs exposed by the EA. This page does not list specific parameter values — apply the configuration supplied with your EA.
Open the XAUUSD chart
Open a chart for the XAUUSD symbol in Market Watch so the EA has the market it is designed for.
Attach the EA
Drag the EA from the Navigator onto the chart, or double-click it, to open its settings dialog.
Allow algorithmic trading
In the EA dialog, enable the option that allows the EA to trade so it is permitted to act on the chart.
Apply your inputs
Configure the inputs the EA exposes using the settings provided with your delivery, following any accompanying guidance.
Save a preset (optional)
Save your configured inputs as a preset so you can reload the same settings on other charts or later sessions.
Enable Automated Trading & Monitor.
With the EA attached and configured, turn on automated trading and let the system operate. From here it watches the market and manages its own positions.
The system acts on its defined conditions — it will not trade every price move. Keep the terminal running so the EA can operate continuously.
Enable AutoTrading
Switch on the AutoTrading button in the MT5 toolbar so the platform is allowed to place automated trades.
Verify the EA state
Confirm the EA shows an active, allowed state on the chart — a small status marker appears in the chart corner when it is running.
Monitor the terminal
Watch the chart, Market Watch and the Experts and Trade tabs to follow activity and any messages from the EA.
Review the record
Every closed position becomes part of your trading record — the same history shown in the Trade Journal.

Questions Before You Run It.
The things people usually ask before loading the EA onto a chart for the first time.
No. If you can install a desktop application and follow a few on-screen steps, you can get the EA running. The three steps above assume no background in trading software — each action is done through standard MT5 menus.
Any MT5 account that offers the XAUUSD symbol in Market Watch will work. What matters is that algorithmic trading is permitted on the account and that the broker allows automated orders to be placed without manual confirmation.
Yes. The EA runs inside the MT5 terminal on your machine, so the terminal must remain open and connected while you want the system active. If the terminal closes, the EA stops trading until it is started again.
You can attach it to a separate XAUUSD chart on each account you want it to trade, but each instance is independent. Start with a single chart so you can confirm the behaviour matches what is documented here before scaling up.
Begin with the default configuration supplied with your delivery. They are chosen so a first run behaves predictably. If you later adjust risk or lot size, change one setting at a time and observe the result before moving on.
Yes. Open the EA properties from the chart, adjust the inputs, and confirm. The new values take effect on the next action the EA takes — you do not need to remove the EA or restart the terminal.
